*Get to know your skin type: the most common skin types are oily, acne prone , dry, sensitive and mature skin. You can also have more than one skin type and it can change over time as you grow.

* Use sunscreen protection: it protect your skin from sun damage. Apply sunscreen everyday and your skin will be protected , on cloudy, winter days, protect your skin by using a sunscreen with SPF30 or above .
* Be mindful of what you eat and drink: reduce sugar intake, eat food that contains vitamins and zinc . Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated , water replenishes the skin and makes it slook better.
*Exfoliation: is paramount to your skincare routine. You can exfoliate two or three times a week to unclog dead pores and it gives your face skin a brighter look.
*Vitamin C : is the ultimate glow getter. It helps to protect your skin from environmental stressors that can make you look aged.
* Do not apply too much product: this could lead to damaging your face skin. If you apply too much moisturizer , the product will likely pull or block your pores.
* Do big pop your pimples : try not to pop your pimples because the water can spread and infect another part of your face.
*Face mask: it can be applied 2/3times in a week for 10-15mins on your face and neck. Face mask will smoothen your face and prevent the face from white and black head. Face mask is suitable for all skin types.
